APPOINTMENTS (NON-AFFILIATED)
Todd Kreilkamp - Operations & Culinary Specialist with Nutrition Services beginning October 11, 2021. This is a full-time, 12-month, Non-Affiliated position with an annual salary of $50,000 (prorated to $36,206.90 for 189 days) for 2021-22, and he will be eligible for category II benefits. 

APPOINTMENTS (NON-INSTRUCTIONAL)
Sarah Barta - Non-Classroom (Lunchroom) Paraprofessional at Hoover Elementary School for 1 hour per day/5 days per week beginning September 10, 2021. She will be placed at classification B21, step 1, in accordance with the agreement between the District and Minnesota School Employee Association, with an hourly rate of $13.73. This is in addition to her Media Assistant assignment at Hoover Elementary School. 

Breanna Cashin - Middle School After School Youth Leader with Community Education at Prairie Winds Middle School for 2.5 hours per day/4 days per week beginning October 4, 2021. She will be compensated at the rate of $11.25 per hour. This is in addition to her Non-Classroom (Playground) Paraprofessional assignment at Washington Elementary School.

Makena Dammer - ACES Child Care Assistant at Hoover Elementary School for 3 hours per day/4 days per week beginning October 4, 2021, and ending June 3, 2022. She will be compensated at the rate of $11.00 per hour. 

Aubrey Denney - Middle School After School Youth Leader with Community Education at Dakota Meadows Middle School for 2.5 hours per day/4 days per week beginning October 4, 2021. She will be compensated at the rate of $11.00 per hour.

Emily Dukowitz - ACES Child Care Assistant at Roosevelt Elementary School for 3 hours per day/5 days per week beginning September 29, 2021, and ending June 3, 2022. She will be compensated at the rate of $11.25 per hour.

Tammy Fienen - Middle School After School Youth Leader with Community Education at Prairie Winds Middle School for 2.5 hours per day/4 days per week beginning October 4, 2021. She will be compensated at the rate of $11.00 per hour. This is in addition to her Special Education Paraprofessional assignment at Prairie Winds Middle School. 

Sabrina Hanson - ACES Child Care Assistant at Hoover Elementary School for 3 hours per day/4 days per week beginning September 28, 2021, and ending June 3, 2022. She will be compensated at the rate of $11.00 per hour.

Karlie Hodgman - ACES Child Care Assistant at Monroe Elementary School for 3 hours per day/5 days per week beginning September 30, 2021, and ending June 3, 2022. She will be compensated at the rate of $11.00 per hour.

Alicia Jones - Cook Helper at Prairie Winds Middle School for 6.5 hours per day/5 days per week beginning September 29, 2021. She will be placed at classification A11, step 3, of the School Food Service Workers Association salary schedule, with an hourly rate of $13.13.

Mariana Jordan - ACES Child Care Assistant at Roosevelt Elementary School for 5 hours per day/2 days per week beginning September 30, 2021, and ending June 3, 2022. She will be compensated at the rate of $11.00 per hour.

Claire Julian - Title I Reading Intervention Paraprofessional at Kennedy Elementary School for 6 hours per day/5 days per week beginning September 10, 2021, and ending June 3, 2022. She will be placed at classification B21, step 1, in accordance with the agreement between the District and Minnesota School Employee Association, with an hourly rate of $13.73. 

Adam Krueger - Full-time, 8-Hour Evening Custodian at West High School beginning October 4, 2021. He will be placed at classification A13, step 2 of the Maintenance and Custodial Workers Association salary schedule, with an hourly rate of $16.15. 

Nathan Kuehn (Pete) - Middle School After School Youth Leader with Community Education at Dakota Meadows Middle School for 2.5 hours per day/4 days per week beginning October 4, 2021. He will be compensated at the rate of $11.00 per hour.

Beau Lepper - Special Education DCD/ASD Intervention Paraprofessional at West High School for 6.75 hours per day/5 days per week beginning September 27, 2021. He will be placed at classification B21.5, step 2, in accordance with the agreement between the District and Minnesota School Employee Association, with an hourly rate of $14.54.

Miriam Narowitz - Non-Classroom (Lunchroom) Paraprofessional at Eagle Lake Elementary School for 2 hours per day/5 days per week beginning September 10, 2021, and ending June 3, 2022. She will be placed at classification B21, step 1, in accordance with the agreement between the District and Minnesota School Employee Association, with an hourly rate of $13.73.

Iveth Quiroz Rios - Childcare Aide at Lincoln Logs Learning Center for 6 hours per day/4 days per week beginning September 27, 2021. She will be compensated at the rate of $14.11 per hour, and she will be eligible for 6-3-2 benefits.

Ashley Simmons - ACES Child Care Assistant at Kennedy Elementary School for 3-4 hours per day/5 days per week beginning September 30, 2021, and ending June 3, 2022. She will be compensated at the rate of $11.00 per hour.

Skyler Skjervold - Full-time, 8-Hour Evening Custodian at West High School beginning October 4, 2021. He will be placed at classification A13, step 2 of the Maintenance and Custodial Workers Association salary schedule, with an hourly rate of $16.15.

Aidan Toegel - Seasonal Lead Groundskeeper for 8 hours per day/5 days per week beginning October 8 and ending November 30, 2021. He will be placed at classification A13, step 2 of the Maintenance and Custodial Workers Association salary schedule with, an hourly rate of $15.65.

Kristy Tokheim - Non-Classroom (Lunchroom) Paraprofessional at Roosevelt Elementary School for 3 hours per day/5 days per week beginning September 27, 2021. She will be placed at classification B21, step 1, in accordance with the agreement between the District and Minnesota School Employee Association, with an hourly rate of $13.73. 

Megan Trnovac - ACES Child Care Assistant at Roosevelt Elementary School for 3 hours per day/3 days per week beginning September 23, 2021, and ending June 3, 2022. She will be compensated at the rate of $11.00 per hour.

CONTRACT ADJUSTMENTS (INSTRUCTIONAL)
Tammy Lorch - Decrease in assignment as part-time Parent Educator at the Family Learning Center from 86 annual hours (0.06 FTEs) to 61 annual hours (0.042 FTEs) beginning September 13, 2021.

Faith Schlecht - Decrease in assignment as part-time Early Childhood Teacher at the Family Learning Center from 611 annual hours (0.42 FTEs) to 586 annual hours (0.40 FTEs) beginning September 13, 2021. This is in addition to her Preschool Teacher assignment at the Early Childhood Center. 

CONTRACT ADJUSTMENTS (NON-INSTRUCTIONAL)
Olivia Caster - Change in classification as Early Learning Special Education Paraprofessional at Franklin Elementary School from B21 to B21.5 beginning September 27, 2021. She will be placed at classification B21.5, step 1, in accordance with the agreement between the District and the Minnesota School Employee Association, with an hourly rate of $14.14.

Stephanie Maas - Adjust start date to September 13, 2021, for her Special Education Paraprofessional (Job Coach) assignment increase at East/West High Schools.

Elder Romero Mujica - Adjust start date to September 13, 2021, for his EL Paraprofessional assignment at East High School. 

Patricia Sjulstad (Patti) - Adjust start date to September 24, 2021, for her Special Education Health & Wellness Paraprofessional assignment at Dakota Meadows Middle School.

REQUESTS FOR SALARY LANE ADVANCEMENT (INSTRUCTIONAL)
In accordance with the terms of the agreement between the Mankato Teachers Association and the District, teachers have submitted their requests for salary lane advancement.  Each of these requests has been reviewed and a list of those qualifying for salary lane advancement for September of the 2021-22 school year is shown below.  The salary lane advancements will be retroactive to the beginning of the 2021-22 school year.  The Administration recommends that the Board approve the salary lane advancements.

REQUESTS FOR LEAVE (INSTRUCTIONAL)
Kiersten Fennern - Special Education Teacher at Dakota Meadows Middle School, has requested leave under the provisions of the Family Medical Leave Act beginning January 12 and returning to work on March 25, 2022. 

Jessica Kingston - 1st Grade Teacher at Rosa Parks Elementary School, has requested leave under the provisions of the Family Medical Leave Act beginning January 13 and returning to work on April 7, 2022.

REQUESTS FOR LEAVE (NON-INSTRUCTIONAL)
Alyssa Coughlin - Media Assistant at Franklin Elementary School, has requested unpaid leave beginning September 24 and returning to work on November 8, 2021.

Jaclyn Rademaker - Special Education Paraprofessional at Franklin Elementary School, has requested leave under the provisions of the Family Medical Leave Act beginning September 29 and returning to work on October 29, 2021. 

RESIGNATIONS (NON-INSTRUCTIONAL)
Patti Elmer - Early Learning Regular Education Paraprofessional at Franklin Elementary School, has submitted her resignation. Her last date of employment will be October 7, 2021.

Ciara Flugum - ACES Child Care Assistant Substitute, has submitted her resignation. Her last date of employment will be September 24, 2021. 

Amber Schenk - Health & Wellness Paraprofessional at Futures SUN, has submitted her resignation. Her last date of employment will be June 4, 2021. 

Glen Shouts - Student Success Coach at East High School, has submitted his resignation. His last date of employment will be June 4, 2021.

TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT (NON-INSTRUCTIONAL)
Omot Okuot - Full-time, 8-Hour Evening Custodian at West High School, effective August 31, 2021.
