APPOINTMENTS (INSTRUCTIONAL)
The following will be teachers in the Elementary Excel Program beginning October 26, 2021, and ending April 27, 2022.  They will be compensated according to their placement on the Teachers Association salary schedule.

Jennifer Kluntz - Excel Building Coordinator at Eagle Lake Elementary School.  She will receive a stipend of $1,000 for this assignment.

Kayla Koble - Excel Building Coordinator at Roosevelt Elementary School.  She will receive a stipend of $1,000 for this assignment.

Emily Molenaar - Excel Building Coordinator at Rosa Parks Elementary School. She will receive a stipend of $1,000 for this assignment. 

APPOINTMENTS (NON-INSTRUCTIONAL)
Kendrick Bates - Student Success Coach at Franklin Elementary School for 6.75 hours per day/5 days per week beginning October 11, 2021. He will be placed at classification B22, step 3, in accordance with the agreement between the District and Minnesota School Employee Association, with an hourly rate of $17.23. 

Elise Eichers - Special Education Health & Wellness Paraprofessional at Dakota Meadows Middle School for 6.75 hours per day/5 days per week beginning September 8, 2021. She will be placed at classification B22.5, step 1, in accordance with the agreement between the District and Minnesota School Employee Association, with an hourly rate of $16.95. 

Claire Gilliat - Special Education Behavior Support Paraprofessional at West High School for 6.75 hours per day/3 days per week (M, W, F) beginning October 13, 2021. She will be placed at classification B21.5, step 1, in accordance with the agreement between the District and Minnesota School Employee Association, with an hourly rate of $14.14.

Jennifer Kuhn - Seasonal Lead Groundskeeper for 8 hours per day/5 days per week beginning October 11 and ending November 30, 2021. She will be placed at classification A13, step 2 of the Maintenance and Custodial Workers Association salary schedule, with an hourly rate of $15.65.

Logan Mans - Special Education Intervention Behavior Support Paraprofessional at Dakota Meadows Middle School for 6.75 hours per day/5 days per week beginning October 25, 2021. He will be placed at classification B21.5, step 1, in accordance with the agreement between the District and Minnesota School Employee Association, with an hourly rate of $14.14. 

Jada Richardson - ACES Child Care Assistant at Franklin Elementary School for 2 hours per day/5 days per week beginning October 12, 2021, and ending June 3, 2022. She will be compensated at the rate of $12.00 per hour. 

Dodie Spellman-Gonzalez - Special Education Health & Wellness Paraprofessional at Futures SUN program for 6.75 hours per day/5 days per week beginning October 18, 2021. She will be placed at classification B22.5, step 1, in accordance with the agreement between the District and Minnesota School Employee Association, with an hourly rate of $16.95.  

Hunter Wayne - ACES Child Care Assistant at Monroe Elementary School for 1.5 hours per day/5 days per week beginning October 7, 2021, and ending June 3, 2022. He will be compensated at the rate of $11.50 per hour.

CONTRACT ADJUSTMENTS (INSTRUCTIONAL)
Toni Hames - Increase in assignment as part-time AVID Teacher at East High School from 0.50 FTEs to 0.583 FTEs beginning August 30, 2021, for the 2021-22 school year. This is in addition to her part-time 0.50 FTEs  Secondary Mentor Coach (TOSA) assignment.

Timothy Meegan - Increase in assignment as Social Studies Teacher at East High School from 1.0 FTEs to 1.083 FTEs beginning January 25, 2022, for the 2nd semester only of the 2021-22 school year.

CONTRACT ADJUSTMENTS (NON-INSTRUCTIONAL)
Alana Lund - Correction - Special Education ASD Paraprofessional at Rosa Parks Elementary School for 6.25 hours per day/5 days per week beginning September 10, 2021. 

Aidan Toegel - Adjust start date to October 6, 2021, for his Seasonal Lead Groundskeeper assignment.

REQUESTS FOR LEAVE (INSTRUCTIONAL)
Derek Fennern - Special Education Teacher at Prairie Care, has requested leave under the provisions of the Family Medical Leave Act beginning January 12 and returning to work on January 27, 2022. 

Jill Gause - EL Teacher at Rosa Parks Elementary School, has requested leave under the provisions of the Family Medical Leave Act beginning October 5 and continuing through December 31, 2021.

Sarah Smith - Music Teacher at Jefferson & Roosevelt Elementary Schools, has requested leave under the provisions of the Family Medical Leave Act beginning November 29, 2021, and returning to work on January 10, 2022.

REQUESTS FOR LEAVE (NON-INSTRUCTIONAL)
Robin Arndt - Adjust dates for Board approved leave beginning September 8 and returning to work on November 29, 2021.

RESIGNATIONS (NON-INSTRUCTIONAL)
Ruth Aganya - Correction - Child Care Aide with Lincoln Logs Learning Center, has submitted her resignation. Her last date of employment for this assignment will be August 13, 2021. She will continue as an Interpreter for the District.

Habiba Ahmed - Non-Classroom (Playground) Paraprofessional at Bridges Community School, has submitted her resignation. Her last date of employment will be October 1, 2021. 

Maiia Beling - Special Education Paraprofessional at Rosa Parks Elementary School, has submitted her resignation. Her last date of employment will be December 22, 2021. 

Olivia Caster - Rescind acceptance as Early Learning Special Education Paraprofessional at Franklin Elementary School. 

Mackenna Erickson - ACES Child Care Assistant at Rosa Parks Elementary School, has submitted her resignation. Her last date of employment will be October 6, 2021.

Claire Gilliat - Long-term Substitute Teacher at Dakota Meadows Middle School, has submitted her resignation in order to accept the Special Education Behavior Support Paraprofessional assignment. Her last date of employment for this assignment will be October 5, 2021. 

Rebecca Hopp - Special Education ASD Paraprofessional at Roosevelt Elementary School, has submitted her resignation. Her last date of employment will be September 17, 2021. 

Kylie Komaridis - Special Education Paraprofessional and Non-Classroom (Playground) Paraprofessional at Monroe Elementary School, has submitted her resignation. Her last date of employment will be June 4, 2021.

Julia McCabe - Special Education Behavior Support Paraprofessional at Roosevelt Elementary School has submitted her resignation. Her last date of employment will be June 4, 2021.

Antonio Mendez Feliz - Special Education Paraprofessional at West High School, has submitted his resignation. His last date of employment will be April 30, 2021.

Austin Sellner - Bus Supervisor for the District, has submitted his resignation. His last date of employment for this assignment will be October 8, 2021. He will continue in his Special Education Student Success Coach assignment at Franklin Elementary School.

The Administration recommends the approval of the personnel items.
