Act on 2021 Roosevelt Elementary HVAC Improvement Bids
Background:
On November 23, 2021, multiple bids for each of four Work Scopes were received for the 2021 Roosevelt Elementary HVAC Improvements.
Recommended Action:
The administrative team and ICS Consulting, Inc., our professional design team, recommends that the bid as submitted by:
Work Scope 1 - General Construction: Knutson Construction in the amount of $1,302,250
Work Scope 2 - Fire Suppression: Summit Fire Protection in the amount of $205,800
Work Scope 3 - Mechanical: St. Cloud Refrigeration in the amount of $4,497,000
Work Scope 4 - Electrical: Master Electric, Inc. in the amount of $1,103,800
be accepted by the School Board. LTFM revenue will be used to fund this project, and will be part of the FY22 budget. A summary of the bids received is attached.
