APPOINTMENTS (INSTRUCTIONAL)
Laura Dauffenbach - Long-term Substitute Teacher for David Hendley at Eagle Lake Elementary School beginning full-time December 9, 2021, through January 14, 2022, and half-time (.50) January 18 through January 31, 2022. She will be placed at step 3 of the M lane on the Teachers Association salary schedule.
APPOINTMENTS (NON-INSTRUCTIONAL)
Tyler Anderson - Lead Evening Custodian at Prairie Winds Middle School for 8 hours per day/5 days per week beginning January 24, 2022. He will be placed at classification A13, step 5 of the Maintenance and Custodial Association salary schedule with an hourly rate of $18.96.
Kaitlen Arneson - ACES Child Care Assistant at Franklin Elementary School for 3-4 hours per day/5 days per week beginning January 13 and ending June 3, 2022. She will be compensated at the rate of $11.00 per hour.
Jennifer Bowen - Non-Classroom (Lunchroom) Paraprofessional at Hoover Elementary School for 0.5 hours per day/5 days per week beginning January 10, 2022. She will be placed at classification B21, step 1, in accordance with the agreement between the District and Minnesota School Employee Association, with an hourly rate of $13.73. This is in addition to her Media Clerk assignment at Hoover Elementary School.
Abby Lundquist - ACES Child Care Assistant at Washington Elementary School for 4 hours per day/3 days per week beginning January 12 and ending June 3, 2022. She will be compensated at the rate of $12.50 per hour.
Katie Way - ACES Child Care Assistant at Franklin Elementary School for 4 hours per day/3 days per week beginning January 13 and ending June 3, 2022. She will be compensated at the rate of $12.75 per hour.
CONTRACT ADJUSTMENTS (NON-INSTRUCTIONAL)
Abdifatah Aden - Adjust start date to December 16, 2021, for his Student Success Coach assignment at Prairie Winds Middle School.
Michael Fitzpatrick - Adjust start date to January 17, 2022, for his 8-Hour Evening Custodian assignment at West High School.
Taryn Orser - Decrease assignment as Special Education Intervention Paraprofessional at Prairie Winds Middle School from 6.42 hours per day/3 days per week (M/W/F) to 6.5 hours per day/2 days per week (M/TH) and 3.33 hours per day/1 day per week (F) beginning January 17, 2022.
Megan Trnovac - Change in assignment from ACES Child Care Assistant at Roosevelt Elementary School for 3 hours per day/3 days per week to ACES Child Care Assistant at Franklin Elementary School for 3 hours per day/2 days per week beginning January 17, and ending June 3, 2022.
Claire Queensland - Change in assignment from ACES Child Care Assistant to Interim Site Supervisor at Roosevelt Elementary School for 4-5 hours per day/5 days per week beginning January 20 and ending February 3, 2022. She will be compensated at the rate of $16.00 per hour.
REQUESTS FOR LEAVE (INSTRUCTIONAL)
Burhan Ahmed - EL Teacher at East High School has requested unpaid leave beginning January 31 and returning to work on March 21, 2022. He is eligible to use any applicable fringe benefits.
Beth Baker - 2nd Grade Teacher at Roosevelt Elementary School has requested leave under the provisions of the Family Medical Leave Act beginning February 3 and returning to work on February 21, 2022.
Derek Fennern - Extend Board approved leave, returning to work on January 24, 2022.
Heather Hedin - School Nurse at Rosa Parks Elementary School, has requested intermittent leave under the provisions of the Family Medical Leave Act beginning January 10 and returning to work on April 1, 2022.
David Hendley - Currently on Board approved leave, has requested an extension of his full-time leave through January 14, 2022, returning half-time (.50) beginning January 18 through January 31, 2022, returning full-time on February 1, 2022.
Julie Risto - English & Language Arts Teacher at Dakota Meadows Middle School, has requested leave under the provisions of the Family Medical Leave Act beginning January 25 and returning to work on March 28, 2022.

Norman Douglas Mullins - English & Language Arts Teacher at East High School, has submitted his resignation for the purpose of retirement. His last date of employment will be June 13, 2022.
