Approval of 2022 Site (Hard Surface) Improvements Bids
Background:
On March 22, 2022, two bids were received for the Mankato Area Public Schools 2022 Site (Hard Resurface) Improvements.
Recommended Action:
The administrative team and Bolten & Menk, our professional engineers, recommend that the base bid as submitted by Nielsen Blacktopping, Inc in the amount of $207,122.75 be accepted by the School Board. LTFM revenue will be used to fund this project, and will be part of the FY23 budget. A summary of the bids received is attached.
