Approval of Bids for Phase 1 Early Childhood Center
Background:
On April 12, 2022, multiple bids for each of the Work Scopes were received for the Early Childhood Center - Phase 1 Construction.
Recommended Action:
The administrative team, Kraus-Anderson Construction (Construction Managers) and ISG Architects, our professional design team, recommends that the bids as submitted on the attachment in a total amount of $1,810,921.00 be accepted by the School Board. The General Obligation Facilities Maintenance Bond will be used to fund this project.
