Act on 2022-2023 Breakfast/Lunch Prices
Background:
The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) has established minimum price requirements for paid school lunches. Student breakfast and lunch for the 2020-21 & 2021-22 school year were served at no charge. Due to the legislative waivers not being extended, the pricing is recommended as follows:
* Adult pricing is still pending with the USDA. Once the district receives these thresholds from USDA, we will bring the updated pricing to the school board this summer.

Recommended Action:
The administration recommends that Nutrition Service prices be established for the 2022-2023 school year as presented.
