Approval of Early Childhood Center - Phase 2 Bids
Background:
On July 19, 2022, multiple bids for each of the Work Scopes were received for the Early Childhood Center - Phase 2 Construction.
Recommended Action:
The administrative team, Kraus-Anderson Construction (Construction Managers) and ISG Architects, our professional design team, recommends that the Base Bids and Alternate #1 Bids as submitted on the attachment in a total amount of $3,608,054.58 be accepted by the School Board. The General Obligation Facilities Maintenance Bond will be used to fund this project.
