APPOINTMENTS (INSTRUCTIONAL)
Renea Ratzloff - Long-term Substitute Teacher for Bretta Hansen at Bridges Community School beginning November 8, 2022, and ending January 6, 2023. She will be placed at step 8 of the M lane on the Teachers Association salary schedule.

APPOINTMENTS (NON-INSTRUCTIONAL)
Wendy Allen - Health Care (LPN/RN) Paraeducator at Futures and SUN for 7 hours per day/5 days per week beginning September 26, 2022. She will be placed at classification B23, step 4, in accordance with the agreement between the District and Minnesota School Employee Association.

Ona Anderson - Non-Classroom (Playground) Paraeducator at Eagle Lake Elementary School for 2.25 hours per day/5 days per week beginning September 8, 2022, and ending June 7, 2023. She will be placed at classification B21, step 1, in accordance with the agreement between the District and Minnesota School Employee Association. 

Denise Balbach - ACES Student Support Assistant at Monroe Elementary School for 2 hours per day/2 days per week beginning September 15, 2022, and ending June 7, 2023. She will be compensated at the rate of $15.00 per hour. This is in addition to her Special Education Paraeducator assignment at Monroe Elementary School. 

Breanna Canales - Non-Classroom (Playground) Paraeducator at Rosa Parks Elementary School for 2 hours per day/5 days per week beginning September 12, 2022. She will be placed at classification B21, step 1, in accordance with the agreement between the District and Minnesota School Employee Association.

Meghan Fasnacht - Non-Classroom (Playground) Paraeducator at Monroe Elementary School for 1.92 hours per day/5 days per week beginning September 14, 2022. She will be placed at classification B21, step 1, in accordance with the agreement between the District and Minnesota School Employee Association.

Kristal Freed - Early Learning Special Education Paraeducator at MAPS Center for Learning for 3.5 hours per day/4 days per week (M-TH) beginning September 15, 2022. She will be placed at classification B21.5, step 1, in accordance with the agreement between the District and Minnesota School Employee Association. 

Cassidy Hartmann - Special Education Paraeducator at Prairie Winds Middle School for 6.75 hours per day/3 days per week (W-F) beginning September 21, 2022. She will be placed at classification B21.5, step 1, in accordance with the agreement between the District and Minnesota School Employee Association.

Zachary Jakes - Student Success Coach at Dakota Meadows Middle School for 6.75 hours per day/5 days per week beginning September 14, 2022. He will be placed at classification B22, step 1, in accordance with the agreement between the District and Minnesota School Employee Association.

Meghan Lutz - Student Success Coach at Kennedy Elementary School for 6.5 hours per day/5 days per week beginning September 12, 2022. She will be placed at classification B22, step 1, in accordance with the agreement between the District and Minnesota School Employee Association. 

Alexis Milbradt - ACES Child Care Assistant at Bridges Community School and Monroe Elementary School for 4 hours per day/2 days per week beginning September 14, 2022, and ending June 7, 2023. She will be compensated at the rate of $12.50 per hour.

Eleanor McDonough - ACES Child Care Assistant at Kennedy Elementary School for 4 hours per day/5 days per week beginning September 14, 2022, and ending June 7, 2023. She will be compensated at the rate of $12.75 per hour.

Allisha Myking - Non-Classroom (Lunchroom) Paraeducator at Monroe Elementary School for 1.92 hours per day/5 days per week beginning September 8, 2022. She will be placed at classification B21, step 2, in accordance with the agreement between the District and Minnesota School Employee Association.

Madeline Smith - ACES Child Care Assistant at Washington Elementary School for 4 hours per day/5 days per week beginning September 15, 2022, and ending June 7, 2023. She will be compensated at the rate of $12.50 per hour.

AnnMarie Weber - Full-time, 12-month Accounts Receivable Bookkeeper in the District’s Business Office beginning October 7, 2022.  She will be placed on step 5 of the B22 classification on the Educational Secretaries Association salary schedule.

Hunter Wayne - ACES Child Care Assistant at Washington Elementary and Roosevelt Elementary Schools for 4 hours per day/4 days per week beginning September 15, 2022, and ending June 7, 2023. He will be compensated at the rate of $13.00 per hour.

Bradley Weyiouanna - Continue assignment as American Indian Program Specialist for the District for a total of 312 annual hours beginning September 1, 2022, and ending August 31, 2023. 

Marie Zuehlke - Non-Classroom (Lunchroom) Paraeducator at Roosevelt Elementary School for 2 hours per day/5 days per week beginning September 14, 2022. She will be placed at classification B21, step 1, in accordance with the agreement between the District and Minnesota School Employee Association.

CONTRACT ADJUSTMENTS (NON-AFFILIATED)
Pierre Ellis - Increase in assignment as Student Success Specialist at Prairie Winds Middle School from 7 hours per day/5 days per week to 7.5 hours per day/5 days per week beginning September 8, 2022.

CONTRACT ADJUSTMENTS (NON-INSTRUCTIONAL)
Abdifatah Aden - Decrease in assignment as Student Success Coach at Prairie Winds Middle School from 5.5 hours per day/5 days per week to 3.34 hours per day/2 days per week (M/T) and 5.83 hours per day/3 days per week (W-F) beginning September 8, 2022.

Gorg Alhag - Decrease in assignment as Student Success Coach at Prairie Winds Middle School from 7 hours per day/5 days per week to 6 hours per day/5 days per week beginning September 8, 2022. 

Jane Flintrop - Increase in assignment as Student Success Coach at Prairie Winds Middle School from 3 hours per day/4 days per week (M-TH) and 6.75 hours per day/1 day per week (F) to 5 hours per day/4 days per week (M/T/TH/F) beginning September 6, 2022. 

Heidi Libby - Increase in assignment as Multi Language Learner (MLL) Paraeducator at Washington Elementary School from 6.25 hours per day/5 days per week to 6.5 hours per day/5 days per week beginning September 6, 2022. 

Grace Palmquist - Correction - Increase hourly rate to $16.00 for her ACES Interim Site Lead assignment at Hoover Elementary School beginning August 24, 2022, and ending June 7, 2023. 

Eric Sletten - Increase in assignments as Health and Wellness Paraeducator at SUN from 6.75 hours per day/5 days per week to 7 hours per day/5 days per week beginning September 6, 2022.

Sang Vo - Increase in assignment as Title I Paraeducator, Non-Classroom (Playground) Paraeducator, and Clerical at Jefferson Elementary School from 5.75 hours per day/5 days per week (Title I 2 hours per day, Playground 1.5 hours per day, Clerical 2.25 hours per day) to 6.5 hours per day/5 days per week (Title I 3 hours per day, Playground 2.5 hours per day, and Clerical 1 hour per day) beginning September 8, 2022.

RESIGNATIONS (INSTRUCTIONAL)
Cynthia Dutcher - Intervention Teacher at Monroe Elementary School, has submitted a resignation for the purpose of retirement. The last day of employment will be December 1, 2022.

RESIGNATIONS (NON-INSTRUCTIONAL)
Kayla Haugen - ACES Child Care Assistant at Monroe Elementary School, has submitted a resignation. The last day of employment will be September 19, 2022. 

Maryam Mahamud -  ABE Outreach and Home School Liaison with the Adult Basic Education Program, has submitted a resignation. The last date of employment will be August 20, 2022. 

Goanar Mar - Student Success Coach at Dakota Meadows Middle School, has submitted a resignation. The last day of employment will be June 3, 2022. 
 

Recommended Action:

The Administration recommends the approval of the personnel items.
