APPOINTMENTS (INSTRUCTIONAL)
Kay Dedinsky - Long-term Substitute Teacher for Elizabeth Cress at Roosevelt Elementary School beginning February 1 and ending April 21, 2023. She will be placed at step 10 of the B+30 lane on the Teachers Association salary schedule.

APPOINTMENTS (NON-INSTRUCTIONAL)
Madison Cleverly - ACES Child Care Assistant at Hoover Elementary School for 4 hours per day/4 days per week beginning September 26, 2022, and ending June 7, 2023. She will be compensated at the rate of $12.75 per hour.

Neil Hardie - ACES Child Care Assistant at Kennedy Elementary School for 3 hours per day/5 days per week beginning September 27, 2022, and ending June 7, 2023. He will be compensated at the rate of $13.25 per hour.

Brianna Jenson - Early Learning Paraeducator at Kennedy Elementary School for 7 hours per day/4 days per week beginning October 5, 2022. She will be placed at classification B21, step 1, in accordance with the agreement between the District and the Minnesota School Employee Association. This is in addition to her ACES Child Care Assistant Substitute assignment. 

Zoe Macklanburg - ACES Child Care Assistant at Jefferson Elementary School for 2 hours per day/5 days per week beginning September 26, 2022, and ending June 7, 2023. She will be compensated at the rate of $12.75. 

Ella Metcalf - ACES Child Care Assistant at Monroe Elementary School for 4 hours per day/2 days per week beginning September 29, 2022, and ending June 7, 2023. She will be compensated at the rate of $12.75. 

Rachael Steele - ACES Child Care Assistant at Monroe Elementary School for 4 hours per day/2 days per week beginning September 29, 2022, and ending June 7, 2023. She will be compensated at the rate of $12.75 per hour.

Julia Stevens - ACES Child Care Assistant at Monroe Elementary School for 4 hours per day/5 days per week beginning September 26, 2022, and ending June 7, 2023. She will be compensated at the rate of $12.50 per hour.

CONTRACT ADJUSTMENTS (INSTRUCTIONAL)
Adam Doll - Increase in assignment as Social Studies Teacher at East High School from 1.00 FTEs to 1.083 FTEs for the second semester of the 2022-23 school year.

Chantell Drummer - Decrease in assignment as MAPS Early Childhood Teacher from 1033.5 annual hours (0.71 FTEs) to 1017.5 annual hours (0.70 FTEs) for the 2022-23 school year.

Mary McCuskey Simpson - Decrease in assignment as Parent Educator at the Family Learning Center from 1023.5 annual hours (0.71 FTEs) to 1007.5 annual hours (0.69 FTEs) for the 2022-23 school year. 

Amber Waibel - Increase in assignment as English Language Arts Teacher at East High School from 1.00 FTEs to 1.167 FTEs for the 2022-23 school year.

REQUESTS FOR SALARY LANE ADVANCEMENT (INSTRUCTIONAL)
In accordance with the terms of the agreement between the Mankato Teachers Association and the District, teachers have submitted their requests for salary lane advancement.  Each of these requests has been reviewed and a list of those qualifying for salary lane advancement for September of the 2022-23 school year is shown below.  The salary lane advancements will be retroactive to the beginning of the 2022-23 school year.  The Administration recommends that the Board approve the salary lane advancements.

CONTRACT ADJUSTMENTS (NON-INSTRUCTIONAL)
Michelle Bridges - Change in assignment from ACES Child Care Assistant to ACES Student Support Assistant at Monroe Elementary School beginning August 29, 2022, and ending June 7, 2023. She will be compensated at the rate of $15.00 per hour. This is in addition to her Special Education Paraeducator assignment at Monroe Elementary School.

Shipra Chowdhury - Decrease in assignment as Early Learning Paraeducator at the Family Learning Center from 17.5 hours per week (2 M, 4 T, 3.5 W, 4.5 TH, 3.5 F) to 16 hours per week (2 M, 4 T, 3.5 W/F, 3 TH) beginning September 19, 2022. 

Cassandra De La Cruz - Increase in assignment as Early Learning Paraeducator at the Family Learning Center from 2 hours per day/1 day per week and 1.5 hours per day/1 day per week to 2 hours per day/1 day per week and 3 hours per day/1 day per week beginning September 12, 2022. This is in addition to her Lead Teacher assignment at Lincoln Logs Learning Center.

Rita Jones - Decrease in assignment as Early Learning Paraeducator at the Family Learning Center from 1.5 hours per day/3 days per week (T-TH), 2 hours per day/1 day per week (M), and 3.5 hours per day/1 day per week (F) to 1.75 hours per day/2 day per week (T/W), 1.5 hours per day/1 day per week (TH) and 3.5 hours per day/1 day per week (F) beginning September 19, 2022. 

Victoria Miller - Voluntary decrease in assignment as Early Learning Paraeducator at Franklin Elementary School from 3.5 hours per day/1 day per week (M) and 7 hours per day/3 days per week (T-TH) to 7 hours per day/3 days per week (T-TH) beginning September 12, 2022. 

Zennor Morris - Increase in assignment as Health and Wellness Paraeducator at SUN from 6.75 hours per day/5 days a week to 7 hours per day/5 days per week beginning September 8, 2022. 

Cheresa Puhrmann - Decrease in assignment as Early Learning Paraeducator at the Family Learning Center from 1.5 hours per day/3 days per week (M/W/TH) and 2 hours per day/1 day per week (T) to 2 hours per day 1/day per week (M) and 1.5 hours per day/2 days per week (W/TH) beginning September 19, 2022.

Austin Sellner - Increase in assignment as Student Success Coach at Franklin Elementary School from 7.75 hours per day/4 days per week (M-TH) and 6.25 hours per day/1 day per week (F) to 7.5 hours per day/5 days per week beginning September 26, 2022. 

REQUESTS FOR LEAVE (NON-INSTRUCTIONAL)
Jill Ristau - Special Education Paraeducator at Franklin Elementary School, has requested leave under the provisions of the Family Medical Leave Act beginning September 21 and returning to work on October 19, 2022.

Tracy Steffen - Cook Helper at Prairie Winds Middle School, has requested leave under the provisions of the Family Medical Leave Act beginning September 13 and returning to work on September 28, 2022. 

RESIGNATIONS (NON-AFFILIATED)
Thomas Sager - Director of Business Services has submitted a resignation. The last day of employment will be October 19, 2022. 

RESIGNATIONS (NON-INSTRUCTIONAL)
Mohamed Ahmed - Special Education Paraeducator at Franklin Elementary School, has submitted a resignation. The last day of employment will be June 3, 2022. 

Jenna Courrier - ACES Site Lead at Jefferson Elementary School, has submitted a resignation.
The last day of employment will be October 7, 2022.

Mavis Gieser - Cook Helper at West High School, has submitted a resignation for the purpose of retirement. The last day of employment will be October 28, 2022. 

Marcus Jensen - Adjust end date to September 30, 2022, as Summer Grounds Worker.

Susan McVenes - Cook Helper at East High School, has submitted a resignation for the purpose of retirement. The last day of employment will be October 19, 2022. 

Jeremy Osborne - ACES Child Care Assistant at Eagle Lake Elementary School, has submitted a resignation. The last day for this assignment will be September 26, 2022. He will continue as Early Learning Special Education Paraeducator at Eagle Lake Elementary and Kennedy Elementary Schools.

The Administration recommends the approval of the personnel items.
