Personnel Addendum

Background:

APPOINTMENTS (NON-INSTRUCTIONAL)
Jaclyn Jaycox - Media Assistant at Dakota Meadows Middle School for 7 hours per day/5 days per week with a work year of 180 days beginning October 17, 2022. She will be placed at step 5 of the A13 classification on the Educational Secretaries Association salary schedule. 

Debbra Peterson - Non-classroom (Lunchroom) Paraeducator at Eagle Lake Elementary School for 2.25 hours per day/3 days per week (M/TH/F) beginning October 17, 2022, and ending June 5, 2023. She will be placed at classification B21, step 1, in accordance with the agreement between the District and the Minnesota School Employee Association. 

Niki Post - Student Success Coach at East High School for 4 hours per day/5 days per week beginning October 19, 2022. She will be placed at classification B22, step 3, in accordance with the agreement between the District and the Minnesota School Employee Association.

CONTRACT ADJUSTMENTS (NON-INSTRUCTIONAL)
Christopher Goebel - Change in assignment as Special Education Paraeducator from 6.25 hours per day/5 days per week at Rosa Parks Elementary School to 6.75 hours per day/5 days per week at West High School beginning September 6, 2022.

Conner Harrison - Adjust salary step placement from step 2 to step 3, as 8-Hour Evening Custodian, classification A13, at Rosa Parks Elementary School, beginning July 1, 2022.

Emily Hed - Change in assignment from Special Education Paraeducator, classification B21.5, to Health and Wellness Paraeducator, classification B22.5, at West High School beginning October 11, 2022. She will be compensated according to her placement on the Minnesota School Employee Association salary schedule.

REQUESTS FOR LEAVE (INSTRUCTIONAL)
Erica Demmer-Kennedy - Social Studies Teacher at Dakota Meadows Middle School, has requested leave under the provisions of the Family Medical Leave Act beginning December 1, 2022, continuing for a period of 12 work weeks, then continuing leave until returning to work on May 9, 2023. 

REQUESTS FOR LEAVE (NON-INSTRUCTIONAL)
Jennifer Schmitt - Special Education Paraeducator at Kennedy Elementary School, has requested leave under the provisions of the Family Medical Leave Act beginning October 5 and returning to work on November 16, 2022. 

RESIGNATIONS (NON-INSTRUCTIONAL)
Dominick Johnston - ACES Child Care Assistant at Bridges Community School, has submitted a resignation. The last day of employment will be August 19, 2022. 

Amanda Jordan - ACES Child Care Assistant at Franklin Elementary School, has submitted a resignation. The last day of employment will be October 27, 2022. 

Amanda Leuthner - ACES Child Care Assistant at Jefferson Elementary School, has submitted a resignation. The last day of employment will be October 27, 2022. 

Ian Verbrugge - ACES Child Care Assistant Substitute at Prairie Winds Middle School, has submitted a resignation. The last day of employment will be August 19, 2022. 

 

Recommended Action:

The Administration recommends the approval of the personnel items.
