APPOINTMENTS (INSTRUCTIONAL)
Elta Sparks - Full-time (1.00 FTEs) Contract Substitute ADSIS Reading Interventions teacher at Monroe Elementary School beginning December 2, 2022, and ending June 8, 2023. She will be placed at step 6 of the B lane on the Teachers Association salary schedule, contingent upon obtaining licensure.
 
APPOINTMENTS (NON-INSTRUCTIONAL)
D'Monte Blanks - Student Success Coach at Dakota Meadows Middle School for 6.75 hours per day/5 days per week beginning December 7, 2022. He will be placed at classification B22, step 1, in accordance with the agreement between the District and the Minnesota School Employee Association.
 
Norah Blow - Health and Wellness Paraeducator at West High School for 6.75 hours per day/5 days per week beginning December 5, 2022. She will be placed at classification B22.5, step 3, in accordance with the agreement between the District and the Minnesota School Employee Association.
 
Elizabeth Frey - ACES Child Care Assistant at Hoover Elementary School for 3 hours per day/3 days per week beginning November 30, 2022, and ending June 7, 2023. She will be compensated at the rate of $11.00 per hour.
 
Pamela Kind - Cook Helper at East High School for 6.5 hours per day/5 days per week beginning December 1, 2022. She will be placed at classification A11, step 2, in accordance with the agreement between the District and the Minnesota School Employee Association.
 
Jared Latusek - Full-time District Carpenter beginning December 19, 2022. He will be placed at classification B23, step 2, in accordance with the agreement between the District and Minnesota School Employee Association.
 
Ella Potter - Special Education Paraeducator at Roosevelt Elementary School for 6.25 hours per day/1 day per week (F) beginning December 2, 2022. She will be placed at classification B21.5, step 1, in accordance with the agreement between the District and the Minnesota School Employee Association. This is in addition to her Early Learning Special Education Paraeducator assignment at MAPS Center for Learning.
 
Katelyn Quast - Health and Wellness Paraeducator at Dakota Meadows Middle School and SUN for 6.75 hours per day/5 days per week beginning November 29, 2022. She will be placed at classification B22.5, step 1, in accordance with the agreement between the District and the Minnesota School Employee Association.
 
Nohemi Quiroz De Ponce - ABE Teaching Assistant with the Adult Basic Education Program at Lincoln Community Center for 2.25 hours per day/3 days per week beginning December 6, 2022. She will be compensated at the rate of $16.69 per hour. This is in addition to her District Interpreter assignment.
 
James Siatsis - Title 1 Reading Intervention Substitute Paraeducator at Jefferson Elementary School for 2.5 hours per day/5 days per week beginning December 5, 2022, and ending June 7, 2023. He will be placed at classification B21, step 4, in accordance with the agreement between the District and the Minnesota School Employee Association.
 
CONTRACT ADJUSTMENTS (INSTRUCTIONAL)
Hope Grabau - Increase in assignment as Occupational Therapist from 0.80 FTEs to 1.00 FTEs beginning August 29, 2022.
 
Madelyn Rasmussen - Adjust end date to May 8, 2023, as Full-time (1.00 FTEs) Contract Substitute Teacher for Erica Demmer-Kennedy at Dakota Meadows Middle School.

Cassandra De La Cruz - Increase hourly rate to $19.50 as Lead Teacher at Lincoln Logs Learning Center beginning July 1, 2022.
 
Bisharo Farah - Increase hourly rate to $17.08 as Child Care Aide at Lincoln Logs Learning Center beginning July 1, 2022.
 
Mulki Hassan - Increase hourly rate to $15.25 as Child Care Aide at Lincoln Logs Learning Center beginning July 1, 2022.
 
Nicole Helget - Change in assignment from Special Education Paraeducator, classification B21.5, to Student Success Coach, classification B22, at Prairie Winds Middle School beginning November 21, 2022.
 
Romanita Hopkins - Increase hourly rate to $14.51 as Bus Supervisor beginning September 8, 2022.
 
Mandy Kurth - Increase hourly rate to $22.16 as Lead Teacher at Lincoln Logs Learning Center and GED Proctor with the Adult Basic Education Program beginning July 1, 2022.
 
Danielle Phillips - Adjust salary placement to B22 step 4 on the Educational Secretaries Association salary schedule beginning July 5, 2022.
 
Iveth Quiroz Rios - Increase hourly rate to $15.25 as Child Care Aide at Lincoln Logs Learning Center beginning July 1, 2022.
 
Peter Sorensen - Increase hourly rate to $14.51 as Bus Supervisor beginning September 8, 2022.
 
Alexia Thomas - Decrease in assignments as Special Education Paraeducator at Franklin Elementary School from 6.25 hours per day/3 days per week (W-F) to 4.25 hours per day/1 day per week (M), 6.25 hours per day/1 day per week (T), and 4.75 hours per day/1 day per week (W) beginning January 9, 2023.
 
Kenneth Watson - Increase hourly rate to $14.51 as Bus Supervisor beginning September 8, 2022.
 
Jill Wood - Increase hourly rate to $19.50 as Lead Teacher with Lincoln Logs Learning Center beginning July 1, 2022, and ending November 30, 2022.
 
Allyson Zuleger - Increase in assignment as Special Education Paraeducator at Rosa Parks Elementary School from 6.25 hours per day/1 day per week (M) and 3.25 hours per day/1 day per week (W) to 6.25 hours per day/2 days per week (M/W) beginning January 9, 2023.

Michelle Diesch - Special Education Paraeducator at Franklin Elementary School, has submitted a resignation. The last day of employment will be November 21, 2022.
 
Ahn Enright - 4-Hour Evening Custodian at Washington Elementary School, has submitted a resignation. The last day of employment will be December 6, 2022.
 
Morgan Lau - ACES Child Care Assistant at Roosevelt Elementary School, has submitted a resignation. The last day of employment will be December 9, 2022.
 
Parker Keenan - ACES Child Care Assistant at Roosevelt Elementary School, has submitted a resignation. The last day of employment will be November 21, 2022. 
 

Recommended Action:

The Administration recommends the approval of the personnel items.
