APPOINTMENTS (INSTRUCTIONAL)
Karen Barnett - Long-term Substitute Teacher for Emily Ball at Rosa Parks Elementary School beginning March 29, and ending May 5, 2023. She will be placed at step 10 of the M lane on the Teachers Association salary schedule.
 
Robin Henke - Long-term (1.066 FTEs) Substitute Teacher for Amanda Kroehler at Jefferson Elementary and Franklin Elementary Schools beginning March 6, and ending May 25, 2023. She will be placed at step 10 of the B lane on the Teachers Association salary schedule.
 
Tatyana Mueller - Full-time (1.00 FTEs) Speech Language Pathologist, site to be determined, beginning August 21, 2023, for the 2023-24 school year. She will be placed at step 1 of the M+30 lane on the Teachers Association salary schedule, contingent upon program completion and obtaining licensure.
 
The following will be teachers in the Central High Night School Program beginning February 20 and ending May 24, 2023. They will be compensated according to their placement on the Teachers Association salary schedule.

APPOINTMENTS (NON-INSTRUCTIONAL)
Sydnea Ausen - ACES Child Care Assistant at Monroe Elementary School for 4 hours per day/3 days per week beginning February 15, and ending June 7, 2023. She will be compensated at the rate of $12.50 per hour.
 
Kennedie Fellman - Early Learning Special Education Paraeducator at Franklin Elementary School for 3.5 hours per day/2 days per week (T/TH) beginning February 14, 2023. She will be placed at classification B21.5, step 1, in accordance with the agreement between the District and the Minnesota School Employee Association.
 
Starla Goblirsch - Special Education Paraeducator at Franklin Elementary School for 6.25 hours per day/2 days per week (M/W) beginning February 8, 2023. She will be placed at classification B21.5, step 1, in accordance with the agreement between the District and the Minnesota School Employee Association.
 
Molly Kahl - ACES Child Care Assistant at Franklin Elementary School for 1.75 hours per day/2 days per week beginning February 13 and ending June 7, 2023. She will be compensated at the rate of $12.50 per hour.
 
Morgan Lau - ACES Child Care Assistant at Eagle Lake Elementary and Roosevelt Elementary Schools for 4 hours per day/3 days per week beginning February 8, and ending June 7, 2023. She will be compensated at the rate of $13.00 per hour.
 
Amina Manguera - Student Success Coach at Monroe Elementary School for 6.5 hours per day/5 days per week beginning February 16, 2023. She will be placed at classification B22, step 1, in accordance with the agreement between the District and the Minnesota School Employee Association.
 
Casey Marble - Health & Wellness Paraeducator at Washington Elementary School for 6.5 hours per day/5 days per week beginning February 20, 2023. She will be placed at classification B22.5, step 3, in accordance with the agreement between the District and the Minnesota School Employee Association.
 
Kate Meyer - ACES Student Support Assistant at Rosa Parks Elementary School for 4 hours per day/3 days per week beginning February 9, and ending June 7, 2023. She will be compensated at the rate of $13.00 per hour.
 
Kelsey Meyer- ACES Child Care Assistant at Roosevelt Elementary School for 2 hours per day/4 days per week beginning February 8, and ending June 7, 2023. She will be compensated at the rate of $12.50 per hour.
 
Elliot Peterson - Special Education Paraeducator at Monroe Elementary School for 1 hour per day/2 days per week (M/W) and 2 hours per day/2 days per week (T/TH) beginning February 16, 2023. He will be placed at classification B21.5, step 1, in accordance with the agreement between the District and the Minnesota School Employee Association.
 
Olivia Stark - ACES Child Care Assistant at Jefferson Elementary School for 4 hours per day/3 days per week beginning February 10, and ending June 7, 2023. She will be compensated at the rate of $12.50 per hour.
 
Trey Winkels - ACES Child Care Assistant at Franklin Elementary and Rosa Parks Elementary Schools for 4 hours per day/4 days per week beginning February 8, and ending June 7, 2023. He will be compensated at the rate of $12.50 per hour.
 
CONTRACT ADJUSTMENTS (INSTRUCTIONAL)
Linda Meixl - Adjust salary placement to B step 10, as Contract Substitute Teacher for Elizabeth Lewis at Rosa Parks Elementary School beginning January 9, 2023.
 
CONTRACT ADJUSTMENTS (NON-INSTRUCTIONAL)
Kirsten Elliott - Adjust classification placement as Clerical Assistant/POS Operator at Washington Elementary School from A12 to A13 beginning July 1, 2022. She will be compensated according to her placement on the Educational Secretaries Association salary schedule.
 
Brady Haugum - Increase hourly rate to $12.75 as ACES Child Care Assistant Substitute beginning March 21, 2023.
 
Emma Loveall - Increase hourly rate to $12.75 as ACES Child Care Assistant Substitute beginning March 14, 2023.
 
Klara Lybeck - Increase hourly rate to $12.50 as ACES Child Care Assistant at Roosevelt Elementary School Beginning March 2, 2023.
 
Ashley Nelson - Increase hourly rate to $12.75 as ACES Child Care Assistant at Roosevelt Elementary School beginning March 14, 2023.
 
Emma Petersen - Increase hourly rate to $13.00 as ACES Child Care Assistant Substitute beginning March 24, 2023.
 
Jessica Traxler - Decrease in assignment as Non-classroom (Lunchroom) Paraeducator at Roosevelt Elementary School from 3 hours per day/5 days per week to 2 hours per day/5 days per week beginning September 8, 2022.
 
Noah Wolters - Change in assignment from 6-Hour Day, 9-month, Custodian at Prairie Winds Middle School and INSITE to 8-Hour, 12-month Evening Custodian at Prairie Winds Middle School beginning February 8, 2023. He will be compensated according to his placement on the Minnesota School Employees Association salary schedule.

Paige Burnham - Adjust start date to February 1, 2023, for Board-approved leave.
 
Alicia Zimmer - Adjust dates for Board-approved leave begin February 1, and returning to work on June 8, 2023.

Gina Henkelman - Physical Therapy Assistant for the District has submitted a resignation for the purpose of retirement. The last day of employment will be June 9, 2023.
 
RESIGNATIONS (INSTRUCTIONAL)
Richard Jaqua - 3rd Grade Teacher at Monroe Elementary School, has submitted a resignation for the purpose of retirement. The last day of employment will be June 9, 2023.
 
Jean Jurgenson - ABE Teacher with the Adult Education Program at Lincoln Community Center, has submitted a resignation for the purpose of retirement. The last day of employment will be June 7, 2023.
 
Beth Krause - Teacher currently on leave, has submitted a resignation. The last day of employment will be February 14, 2023.
 
Pamela Loitz - School Psychologist for the District, has submitted a resignation for the purpose of retirement. The last day of employment will be August 14, 2023.
 
Amanda Sonnenfeld - Teacher currently on leave has submitted a resignation, effective at the end of the 2022-23 school year.
 
RESIGNATIONS (NON-INSTRUCTIONAL)
Donald Gillen - 8-Hour Evening Custodian at Prairie Winds Middle School, has submitted a resignation. The last day of employment will be February 7, 2023.
 
Elaine Hardwick - Youth Programs Assistant Specialist with Community Education at Lincoln Community Center, has submitted a resignation. The last day for this assignment will be February 17, 2023. She will continue her American Indian Liaison assignment for the District.
 
Chance Knoll - 8-Hour Evening Custodian at Prairie Winds Middle School, has submitted a resignation. The last day of employment will be February 7, 2023.
 
Mariah Long - Early Learning Special Education Paraeducator at MAPS Center for Learning, has submitted a resignation. The last day of employment will be February 15, 2023.
