APPOINTMENTS (INSTRUCTIONAL)
Ciara Flugum - Long-term Substitute Teacher for Kasey Hassig at Rosa Parks Elementary School beginning March 12 and ending June 8, 2023. She will be placed at step 1 of the B lane on the Teachers Association salary schedule.
Alexander Gilbertson - Long-term Substitute Teacher for Kristina Bollum at West High School beginning February 20 and ending June 7, 2023. He will be placed at step 10 of the M lane on the Teachers Association salary schedule.
Friday Gora - Full-time (1.00 FTEs) Special Education Teacher at Rosa Parks Elementary School beginning August 21, 2023, for the 2023-24 school year. She will be placed at step 1 of the B lane on the Teachers Association salary schedule.

Helen Adetunji - Non-classroom (Playground) Paraeducator at Washington Elementary School for 2 hours per day/5 days per week beginning March 2, 2023. She will be placed at classification B21, step 2, in accordance with the agreement between the District and the Minnesota School Employee Association. This is in addition to her ACES Child Care Substitute assignment.
Jennifer Denn - Health & Wellness Paraeducator at Washington Elementary School for 6.25 hours per day/5 days per week beginning March 3, 2023. She will be placed at classification B22.5, step 1, in accordance with the agreement between the District and the Minnesota School Employee Association. This is in addition to her Non-classroom (Playground) Paraeducator assignment at Washington Elementary School.
Sowsan Hassan - Special Education Paraeducator at Monroe Elementary School for 6.25 hours per day/5 days per week beginning March 8, 2023. She will be placed at classification B21, step 1, in accordance with the agreement between the District and the Minnesota School Employee Association.
Brooke Roy - Non-classroom (Playground/Lunchroom) Paraeducator at Kennedy Elementary School for 3 hours per day/3 days per week beginning February 24, 2023. She will be placed at classification B21, step 1, in accordance with the agreement between the District and the Minnesota School Employee Association.
Leia Rutz - ACES Child Care Assistant at Hoover Elementary School for 4 hours per day/5 days per week beginning February 28 and ending June 7, 2023. She will be compensated at the rate of $12.50 per hour.
Sydnee Wand - ACES Child Care Assistant at Rosa Parks Elementary School for 3.5 hours per day/4 days per week beginning March 13 and ending June 7, 2023. She will be compensated at the rate of $12.50 per hour.
Margaret Wood - Non-classroom (Playground) Paraeducator at Rosa Parks Elementary School for 2 hours per day/2 days per week beginning February 27, 2023. She will be placed at classification B21, step 1, in accordance with the agreement between the District and the Minnesota School Employee Association.
Serenity Zwaschka - Youth Programs Assistant Specialist Substitute with Community Education at Lincoln Community Center for up to 30 hours per week beginning February 17 and ending June 8, 2023. They will be compensated at the rate of $16.00 per hour.
CONTRACT ADJUSTMENTS (NON-INSTRUCTIONAL)
Jonathan Morrow - Change in assignment from Non-classroom (Playground) Paraeducator, classification B21, and Special Education Paraeducator, classification B21.5, to Special Education Paraeducator, classification B21.5, for 6.25 hours per day/5 days per week at Eagle Lake Elementary School beginning September 8, 2022. This is in addition to his ACES Child Care Assistant Substitute assignment.
Alexia Thomas - Change in assignment from ACES Child Care Assistant to ACES Student Support Assistant at Franklin Elementary School for 3 hours per day/3 days per week beginning March 1, 2023. She will be compensated at the rate of $13.00 per hour. This is in addition to her Special Education Paraeducator assignment at Franklin Elementary School.

Leah Ries - Music Teacher at Eagle Lake Elementary and Washington Elementary Schools, has submitted a resignation for the purpose of retirement. The last day of employment will be June 9, 2023.
Kari Welter - Spanish Teacher at East High School, has submitted a resignation for the purpose of retirement. The last day of employment will be June 9, 2023.
