Approval of Resolution Establishing Absentee Ballot Location
Background:
To comply with Minnesota Statute 204B.35, Subdivision 4, the School Board must adopt a resolution establishing the absentee ballot location for the November 7, 2023 Special Election.
The Blue Earth County Courthouse, 204 South 5th Street, Mankato, MN 56001 has been identified as the location for absentee voting with respect to School District elections not held on the day of a statewide election.

Recommended Action:
The administration recommends the Board adopt the resolution attached, establishing an absentee ballot location.
