Strategic Planning Report
Background:
Earlier this year, the School Board and district leaders launched a strategic planning process that centers the student, family and staff experience. Mankato Area Public Schools has worked with TeamWorks International for several years to help guide comprehensive improvement efforts, and the Classroom to Boardroom strategic planning process has already yielded several results that will help guide the school district’s direction for the next several years.
At tonight’s meeting, TeamWorks CEO Dr. Ray Queener will give an update on the Classroom to Boardroom process, and the next steps that school district partners can expect over the next several months.
