Approval of Construction Bids for MAPS Center for Learning - Phase 3
Background:
On December 5, 2023, multiple bids for each of the Work Scopes were received for the Center for Learning - Phase 3 Construction.
Recommended Action:
The administrative team, Kraus-Anderson Construction (Construction Managers) and ISG Architects, our professional design team, recommends that the bids as submitted on the attachment in a total amount of $4,567,566.00 be accepted by the School Board. The Bond Referendum will be used to fund this project.
