Approval of Construction Bids for Dakota Meadows Middle School
Background:
On December 20, 2023, multiple bids for each of the Work Scopes were received for the Dakota Meadows Middle School Secure Entrance and Swimming Pool Addition.
Recommended Action:
The administrative team, Kraus-Anderson Construction (Construction Managers) and ISG/LSE Architects, our professional design teams, recommends that the bids as submitted on the attachment in a total amount of $18,696,644.00 be accepted by the School Board. The Bond Referendum will be used to fund this project.
