Approval of Construction Bids for Roosevelt Elementary School
Background:
On January 9, 2024, multiple bids for each of the Work Scopes were received for the Roosevelt Elementary Secure Entrance and Classroom Addition.
Recommended Action:
The administrative team, Kraus-Anderson Construction (Construction Managers) and ISG Architects, our professional design team, recommends that the bids as submitted on the attachment in a total amount of $3,464,619.31 be accepted by the School Board. The Bond Referendum will be used to fund this project.
