REQUESTS FOR SALARY LANE ADVANCEMENT (INSTRUCTIONAL)
In accordance with the terms of the agreement between the Mankato Teachers Association and the District, teachers have submitted their requests for salary lane advancement. Each of these requests has been reviewed and a list of those qualifying for salary lane advancement for January of the 2023-24 school year is shown below. The salary lane advancements will be retroactive to January 1, 2024, of the 2023-24 school year. The Administration recommends that the Board approve the salary lane advancements.
CONTRACT ADJUSTMENTS (NON-INSTRUCTIONAL)
Pamela Allen - Increase hourly wage to $18.50 per hour as Infant Care Provider with the TAPP Daycare at Central High School beginning August 28, 2023. This is in addition to her ACES Child Care Assistant Substitute assignment.
Shipra Chowdhury - Increase in assignment Early Learning Paraeducator at MAPS Center for Learning from 15 hours per week (6 M, 2 T, 3.5 W/TH) to 16 hours per week (7M, 2 T, 3.5 W/TH) beginning December 4, 2023.
Jane Flintrop - Increase in assignment as Student Success Coach at Prairie Winds Middle School from 6.5 hours per day/2 days per week (M/F), 3 hours per day/2 days per week (T/TH) and 2 hours per day/1 day per week (W) to 5.5 hours per day/2 days per week (M/T) and 6.5 hours per day/3 days per week (W-F) beginning January 8, 2024.
