Approval of Pay Equity Implementation Report
Background:
he District is required to submit the Pay Equity Implementation Report to the State of Minnesota on or before January 31, 2024. The data contained in the report represents compensation data as of December 31, 2023. The report will be submitted to the State of Minnesota on or before January 31, 2024. In addition to submitting the report, the District must send a notice to all exclusive representatives and post the same notice in a prominent location for at least 90 days from the date the report is submitted. Board members have received a detailed analysis of the Pay Equity Implementation Report.
Recommended Action:
The Administration recommends that the report be approved as presented.
