Approval of Construction Bids for Washington Elementary School
Background:
On January 11, 2024, multiple bids for each of the Work Scopes were received for the Washington Elementary Secure Entrance.
Recommended Action:
The administrative team, Kraus-Anderson Construction (Construction Managers) and ISG Architects, our professional design team, recommends that the bids as submitted on the attachment in a total amount of $1,462,541.66 be accepted by the School Board. The Bond Referendum will be used to fund this project.
