Ratification of 2024-26 Agreement with the Minnesota School Employee Association representing the Food Service Employees
Background:
A tentative agreement was reached between the Minnesota School Employee Association representing the Food Service Employees and District 77 on May 14, 2024. Board members have received a detailed analysis of the new agreement.
The MSEA Food Service Employees approved the tentative agreement on May 20, 2024.

Recommended Action:
The administration recommends that the School Board ratify the agreement.
