Background:
APPOINTMENTS (INSTRUCTIONAL)
Diane Substad - Adjust start date to April 1, 2025, as Long-term Substitute Teacher for Kelsey McConkey at Kennedy Elementary School.
The following will be Teachers in the Elementary Excel Program for 2.25 hours per day/2 days per week beginning December 3, 2024, and ending April 30, 2025. They will be compensated according to their placement on the Teachers Association salary schedule.

APPOINTMENTS (NON-INSTRUCTIONAL)
Ava Boyd - ACES Early Learning Aide at MAPS Center for Learning for 7 hours per day/5 days per week beginning November 27, 2024. She will be compensated at the rate of $15.00 per hour.
Natalie Eisenhuth - ACES Child Care Assistant at Rosa Parks Elementary School for 3-4 hours per day/3 days per week beginning December 5, 2024. She will be compensated at the rate of $13.00 per hour.
Rahmo Hassan - Student Navigator at East and West High Schools for 15 hours per week beginning December 2, 2024. She will be compensated at the rate of $23.00 per hour and will be eligible for 6-3-2 benefits. This is in addition to her Out of School Time Navigator assignment with Community Education.
Hibo Hassan - Early Learning Paraeducator at MAPS Center for Learning for 3.5 hours per day/4 days per week (M-TH) beginning December 9, 2024. She will be placed at classification B21, step 1, in accordance with the agreement between the District and the Minnesota School Employee Association.
Ryan Hennager - Student Success Coach at Washington Elementary School for 6.5 hours per day/5 days per week beginning December 4, 2024. He will be placed at classification B22, step 1, in accordance with the agreement between the District and the Minnesota School Employee Association.
CONTRACT ADJUSTMENTS (INSTRUCTIONAL)
Sara Stow - Increase in assignments as Social Studies Teacher at Dakota Meadows Middle School from 1.00 FTEs to 1.042 FTEs beginning November 12, 2024, for the 2nd quarter of the 2024-25 school year.
REQUESTS FOR LEAVE (NON-INSTRUCTIONAL)
Johnathan Brooks - District Maintenance, has requested intermittent leave under the provisions of the Family Medical Leave Act beginning November 22, 2024, and ending November 21, 2025.
Rita Jones - Early Learning Paraeducator at MAPS Center for Learning, has requested unpaid leave beginning December 2, 2024, and returning to work on January 8, 2025. She is eligible to use any applicable fringe benefits available.
RESIGNATIONS (NON-INSTRUCTIONAL)
Nicholas Weierke - Health & Wellness Paraeducator at Futures, has submitted a resignation. The last day of employment will be June 28, 2024.
