Approval of Construction Bids for Jefferson Elementary School Secure Entrance and Renovation
Background:
On November 21, 2024, multiple bids for each of the Work Scopes were received for the Jefferson Elementary School Secure Entrance and Renovation Project.
Recommended Action:
The administrative team, Kraus-Anderson Construction (Construction Managers) and ISG Architects, our professional design teams, recommends that the bids as submitted on the attachment in a total amount of $943,670.00 be accepted by the School Board. The Bond Referendum will be used to fund this project.
