Approval of Construction Bids for Mankato West High School Secure Entrance and Renovation
Background:
On November 7, 2024, multiple bids for each of the Work Scopes were received for the Mankato West High School Secure Entrance and Renovation Project. This is a continuation of bids.
Recommended Action:
The administrative team, Kraus-Anderson Construction (Construction Managers) and ISG/LSE Architects, our professional design teams, recommends that the bids as submitted on the attachment in a total amount of $7,700,586.30 be accepted by the School Board. The Bond Referendum will be used to fund this project.
