Approval of 2025 MAPS Legislative Platform
Background:
The MAPS Legislative Committee met several times in preparation for the 2025 legislative session. The school district’s committee is comprised of School Board members, district leaders, students and parents.
At tonight’s meeting, an overview of the themes and components of the MAPS 2025 Legislative Platform will be shared, along with an update from the meeting held with area legislators on December 16. The MAPS School Board will participate in MSBA ‘Day at the Capitol’ and other public education advocacy events during the session.

Recommended Action:
The administration recommends Board approval of the 2025 MAPS Legislative Platform.
