APPOINTMENTS (INSTRUCTIONAL)
Lucinda Mendez - Temporary Homebound Instructor at West High School for 5 hours per week beginning December 15. 2024, and ending March 1, 2025. She will be placed at step 10 of the M lane on the Teachers Association salary schedule.
APPOINTMENTS (NON-INSTRUCTIONAL)
Ella Beach - ACES Child Care Assistant at Rosa Parks Elementary School for 3-4 hours per day/2 days per week beginning December 16, 2024. She will be compensated at the rate of $13.00 per hour.
John Krippner - Non-classroom (Lunchroom) Paraeducator at Franklin Elementary School for 2.25 hours per day/5 days per week beginning January 2, 2025. He will be placed at classification B21, step 1, in accordance with the agreement between the District and the Minnesota School Employee Association.
David Pietsch - 8-hour, 12-month, Evening Custodian at MAPS Center for Learning beginning December 30, 2024. He will be placed at classification A13, step 2, in accordance with the agreement between the District and the Minnesota School Employee Association.
Sarah Sullivan - Second Cook at Franklin Elementary School for 7.5 hours per day/5 days per week beginning January 2, 2025. She will be placed at classification A13, step 1, in accordance with the agreement between the District and the Minnesota School Employee Association.
Hayden Sadaka - ACES Child Care Assistant at Washington Elementary School for 2-3 hours per day/4 days per week beginning December 13, 2024. He will be compensated at the rate of $13.00 per hour.
Amal Sharafkhodjaeva - ACES Child Care Assistant Substitute on an on-call basis beginning December 16, 2024. She will be compensated at the rate of $13.00 per hour.
Calleejo Sohn - ACES Child Care Assistant at Roosevelt Elementary School for 1.75 hours per day/5 days per week beginning January 2, 2025. She will be compensated at the rate of $13.00 per hour.
CONTRACT ADJUSTMENTS (NON-INSTRUCTIONAL)
Natalie Carlson - Change in assignment from Special Education Paraeducator (Intervention-ASD/DCD) to Special Education Paraeducator (Resource) at Monroe Elementary School for 6.25 hours per day/5 days per week beginning January 2, 2025. She will be placed at classification B21.5, step 2, in accordance with the agreement between the District and the Minnesota School Employee Association.
Evelyn Scheibe - Increase in assignment as Special Education Paraeducator (Intervention - EBD) from 7 hours per day/3 days per week (W-F) to 6.5 hours per day/5 days per week beginning December 10, 2024.
REQUESTS FOR LEAVE (INSTRUCTIONAL)
Lisa Haefner - Special Education Teacher at Franklin Elementary School, has requested leave under the provisions of the Family Medical Leave Act beginning January 2, and returning to work on February 10, 2025.
Sarah Payne - Music Teacher at Monroe Elementary and Jefferson Elementary Schools, has requested leave under the provisions of the Family Medical Leave Act beginning January 8 and returning to work on January 23, 2025.
Serenity Zwaschka - Extend Board-approved leave returning to work on December 17, 2024,
with a reduced work schedule of 0.50 FTEs, until returning to full schedule on January 6, 2025.
REQUESTS FOR LEAVE (NON-INSTRUCTIONAL)
Janet Jagerson - Has been granted unpaid leave beginning December 3, 2024, with a reduced work schedule of 4 hours per day, until returning to full schedule on January 2, 2025.
Maryam Mahamud - Preschool Paraeducator at MAPS Center for Learning and District Interpreter, has requested unpaid leave beginning December 9, 2024, and returning to work on March 5, 2025. She is eligible to use any applicable fringe benefits available.
RESIGNATIONS (NON-INSTRUCTIONAL)
Jeffery Dietrich - District Maintenance at West High School, has submitted a resignation for the purpose of retirement. The last day of employment will be January 10, 2025.
Anna Feder - Special Education Paraeducator (Intervention - EBD) at Roosevelt Elementary School, has submitted a resignation. The last day of employment will be December 20, 2024.
Kimberley Neidecker - Cook Helper at East High School, has submitted a resignation for the purpose of retirement. The last day of employment will be January 2, 2025.
