Approval of Construction Bids for Monroe Elementary School
Background:
On December 12, 2024, multiple bids for each of the Work Scopes were received for the Monroe Elementary Secure Entrance Renovations.
Recommended Action:
The administrative team, Kraus-Anderson Construction (Construction Managers) and ISG Architects, our professional design team, recommends that the bids as submitted on the attachment in a total amount of $609,515.00 be accepted by the School Board. The Bond Referendum will be used to fund this project.
