Approval of Construction Bids for Franklin Elementary School
Background:
On January 14, 2025, multiple bids for each of the Work Scopes were received for the Franklin Elementary Secure Entrance Renovations.
Recommended Action:
The administrative team, Kraus-Anderson Construction (Construction Managers) and ISG Architects, our professional design team, recommends that the bids as submitted on the attachment in a total amount of $368,579.00 be accepted by the School Board. The Bond Referendum will be used to fund this project.
