Approval of Construction Bids for Mankato West High School Secure Entrance and Renovation
Background:
On January 22, re-bids for Work Scopes Wood Flooring, Fluid Applied Athletic Flooring, Site Clearing & Earthwork, Concrete Paving and Athletic & Recreational Surface were received for the Mankato West High School Secure Entrance and Renovation Project. This is a continuation of bids.
Recommended Action:
The administrative team, Kraus-Anderson Construction (Construction Managers) and ISG/LSE Architects, our professional design teams, recommends that the bids as submitted on the attachment in a total amount of $1,509,805.00 be accepted by the School Board. The Bond Referendum will be used to fund this project.
