Acceptance of Gifts and Grants

The City of North Mankato has donated $3,000 to be distributed as follows:
          $500 to Lancers
          $500 to Community Education & Recreation Summer Parks Program
          $500 to DMMS Public Achievement Program
          $500 to District 77 Student Activities
          $500 to Monroe PTO
          $500 to Hoover PTO

Scheels donated $250 to the East High Orchestra.
 
The Mankato Area Foundation provided a gift of $18,000 to Lincoln Community Center for Connecting Kids Outreach.
 
Jim Grabowska donated a drum set and a bass valued at $3,000 to the East High Music Department.
 
Washington Elementary School received $1,000 through GiveMN.
 
Taylor Corporation donated $12,500 to ECFE for Ready! for Kindergarten.
 
South Central College donated $689.98 to the East High Vex Robotics Program.
 
Monroe Elementary received a $500 grant from Walmart to be used for Chromebooks.
 
Robert Chesley donated $1,000 to the Central High School FACS Program.
 
Central Freedom School received the following donations:

          Pam and Gerald Bartholomew - $100
          Sandra Parks - $100
 
West High Orchesis received the following donations:
          Buffalo Wild Wings - $151.45
          MinnStar Bank - $100
          The Pita Pit - $155

          Valley News - $150
          Mankato Harley Davidson - $100
