Approval of 2025 Hard Surface Improvements - Kennedy, Washington, Rosa Parks, Bridges
Background:
On March 4th, 2025 at 11:00am, four (4) bids were received for the Mankato Area Public
Schools 2025 Site (Hard Surface) Improvements
Recommended Action:
The administrative team and Bolten & Menk, our professional hard surface team,
recommend that the bid as submitted by W.W. Blacktopping, Inc. in the amount of
$196,592.50 for the base bid to be accepted by the School Board. LTFM revenue will be
used to fund this project, and this project will be part of the FY25/FY26 budget. A
summary of the bids received is attached.
