Approval of Construction Re-Bid for Dakota Meadows Middle School - Tennis Courts
Background:
On April 24, 2025, bids for Work Scope: 11K - Athletic & Recreational were received for the Dakota Meadows Middle School Tennis Courts.
Recommended Action:
The administrative team, Kraus-Anderson Construction (Construction Managers) and ISG/LSE Architects, our professional design teams, recommends that the bid from Upper Midwest Athletic Construction, Inc. as submitted on the attachment in a total amount of $69,870.00 be accepted by the School Board. The Bond Referendum will be used to fund this project.
