Background:

APPOINTMENTS (NON-INSTRUCTIONAL)
Carson Daggett - ACES Child Care Assistant at Eagle Lake Elementary School for 6-8 hours per day/5 days a week beginning June 2, 2025. He will be compensated at the rate of $13.00 per hour.

Lola Jones - ACES Child Care Assistant at Rosa Parks Elementary School for 6-8 hours per day/5 days per week beginning June 2, 2025. She will be compensated at the rate of $13.00 per hour.

Marit Klagge - ACES Student Support Assistant at Rosa Parks Elementary School for 6-8 hours per day/5 days per week beginning June 2, 2025. She will be compensated at the rate of $14.00 per hour.

Claire Queensland - ACES Site Lead at Rosa Parks Elementary School for 3-4 hours per day/3 days per week beginning May 1, 2025. She will be compensated at the rate of $17.25 per hour.

Madison Rothbauer - ACES Child Care Assistant at Rosa Parks Elementary School for 3-4 hours per day/5 days per week beginning May 5, 2025. She will be compensated at the rate of $13.25 per hour. 

Luz Sather - Cook Helper at East High School for 8 hours per day/5 days per week beginning May 7, 2025. She will be placed at classification A11, step 4, in accordance with the agreement between the District and the Minnesota School Employee Association.

Isaac Wadd - Early Learning Special Education Paraeducator at MAPS Center for Learning for 7 hours per day/4 days a week (M-TH) beginning May 1, 2025. He will be placed at classification B22, step 1, in accordance with the agreement between the District and the Minnesota School Employee Association. 

CONTRACT ADJUSTMENTS (INSTRUCTIONAL)
Megan Fitzloff - Decrease in assignment as Art Teacher from 1.00 FTEs at Bridges Community School and Roosevelt Elementary School to 0.667 FTEs at Bridges Community School, Jefferson Elementary, and Roosevelt Elementary Schools beginning August 18, 2025. 

Lucinda Mendez - Adjust end date to June 6, 2025, as Long-term Substitute Teacher for Tanya Loewen at Dakota Meadows Middle School. 

Sarah Myer - Decrease in assignment as Art Teacher from 1.00 FTEs Dakota Meadows and Prairie Winds Middle Schools to 0.75 FTEs at Futures and Prairie Winds Middle School beginning August 18, 2025.

CONTRACT ADJUSTMENTS (NON-INSTRUCTIONAL) 
Kennedy Boerboom - Increase in assignment as ACES Child Care Assistant from 2 hours per day/1 days per week at Kennedy Elementary School to 6-8 hours per day/5 days per week at Rosa Parks Elementary School beginning June 6, 2025. 

Maggie Eckhart - Temporary increase in assignment as Early Learning Special Education Paraeducator at MAPS Center for Learning from 3.5 hours per day/2 days per week (T/TH) to 7 hours per day/4 days per week (M-TH) beginning May 6 and ending May 29, 2025. 

Chandler Hassing - Increase in assignment as ACES Child Care Assistant from 3-4 hours per day/4 days per week at Jefferson Elementary School to 5-6 hours per day/5 days per week at Rosa Parks Elementary School beginning June 6, 2025. 

Allison Hemming - Change in assignment from ACES Child Care Assistant at Monroe Elementary School to ACES Child Care Assistant Substitute on an on-call basis beginning June 6, 2025. 

Marissa Herbst - Increase in assignment as ACES Child Care Assistant from 3-4 hours per day/4 days per week at Hoover Elementary School to 4-5 hours per day/5 days per week at Rosa Parks Elementary School beginning June 6, 2025. 

Megan Herkenhoff - Change in assignment from ACES Site Lead Substitute at Roosevelt Elementary School and ACES Child Care Assistant at Washington Elementary School to ACES Child Care Assistant Substitute on an on-call basis beginning June 6, 2025. 

Reese Hilsenbeck - Increase in assignment as ACES Child Care Assistant from 3-4 hours per day/3 days per week at Eagle Lake Elementary School to 4-6 hours per day/5 days per week at Rosa Parks Elementary School beginning June 6, 2025. 

Paige Hinrickson - Change in assignment from ACES Child Care Assistant at Bridges Community School to ACES Child Care Assistant Substitute on an on-call basis beginning June 6, 2025. 

Abigail Holien - Change in assignment from ACES Student Support Assistant Substitute to ACES Site Lead at Monroe Elementary School for 4-5 hours per day/5 days per week beginning May 12, 2025. She will be compensated at the rate of $16.75 per hour.

Abigail Holien - Increase in assignment as ACES Site Lead from 4-5 hours per day/5 days per week at Monroe Elementary School to 6-8 hours per day/5 days per week at Rosa Parks Elementary School beginning June 6, 2025. 

Kaelyn Ideker - Increase in assignment as ACES Child Care Assistant at Eagle Lake Elementary School from 3-4 hours per day/2 days per week to 6-8 hours per day/5 days per week beginning June 6, 2025. 

Lucy Klatt - Increase in assignment as Special Education Paraeducator (Intervention-ASD) at Roosevelt Elementary School from 6.25 hours per day/3 days per week (T/W/F) to 6.25 hours per day/5 days per week beginning May 5, 2025. 

Samuel Pratt - Increase in assignment as Special Education Paraeducator (Intervention- Behavior Support) at Franklin Elementary School from 6.25 hours per day/3 days per week (W-F) and 4.25 hours per day/1 day per week (T) to 6.25 hours per day/5 days per week beginning May 19, 2025. 

Dylan Williams - Increase in assignment as Health & Wellness Paraeducator at West High School from 3.5 hours per day/5 days per week to 6.75 hours per day/5 days per week beginning May 6, 2025.

RESIGNATIONS (NON-INSTRUCTIONAL)
Colton Clausen - 8-hour Evening Custodian at West High School, has submitted a resignation. The last day of employment will be February 19, 2025. 

Daniela Ramirez - ACES Child Care Assistant at Franklin Elementary School, has submitted at resignation. The last day of employment will be May 15, 2025. 

Grace Sikkink - ACES Child Care Assistant at Hoover Elementary School, has submitted a resignation. The last day of employment will be May 9, 2025. 

Shaya Zabel - ACES Site Lead Substitute, has submitted a resignation. The last day of employment will be May 2, 2025. 
 

Recommended Action:

The Administration recommends the approval of the personnel items.
