Approval of Construction Bids for Mankato West High School Parking Lot Expansion
Background:
On May 22, 2025, multiple bids for each of the Work Scopes were received for the Mankato West High School Parking Lot Expansion Project.
Recommended Action:
The administrative team, Kraus-Anderson Construction (Construction Managers) and ISG/LSE Architects, our professional design teams, recommends that the bids as submitted on the attachment in a total amount of $884,761.00 be accepted by the School Board. The Bond Referendum will be used to fund this project.
