Acceptance of Gifts and Grants

Background:

Mankato West High School VEX Robotics program received the following donations:
  • $250 from Thomas and Jessica Bye 
  • $1,000 from Lloyd Management Company 

2 Pins Bakery donated 3 dozen cookies ($50 value) for Community Education

Kohls donated stuffed animals and books ($2,565.50 value) for Mankato Area Public Schools

Matthew E. Wolff donated $2,000 for Wolff Family Jumpstart Scholarship program

NextGrad donated $500 for West High School Student Support NextGrad Scholarship

L & N Andreas Foundation donated $10,000 for Central High School TAPP program

Linda and Basil Janavaras donated $2,000 for West High School John Basil Janavaras Memorial Scholarship

Mankato Area Foundation donated the following:
  • $4,000 for East High School VEX Robotics program
  • $4,000 for West High School VEX Robotics program

Bomgaars donated $500 for Mankato Area Public Schools FFA program

D & K Powder Coating donated media blast & powder coating for 75 student projects ($1,500 value) for West High School Welding program
