Approval of 2026-2027 Long-Term Facilities Maintenance Plan and Parameters and Reimbursement Resolution for Indoor Air Quality Projects

Background:

Amanda Heilman, Director of Business Services and Scott Hogen, Bond Construction Manager, will review the 2026-27 Long-Term Facilities Maintenance Plan.  Included in this plan will be a review of the Indoor Air Quality bond projects for Kennedy, Hoover, Bridges and Eagle Lake.

Recommended Action:

The administration recommends approval of the plan and resolution as presented.
