Resolution Relating To $35,455,000 General Obligation Facilities Maintenance Bonds, Series 2025A
Background:
At the July 21, 2025 School Board meeting, the School Board received information pertaining to an upcoming bond sale. At the July 21 meeting, the School Board approved a resolution that authorized the Superintendent/Director of Business Services and a Board Officer to execute a Bond Purchase Agreement for the stated purposes. The sale of these bonds commenced on Monday, October 27, 2025, and met all the parameters approved by the School Board to complete this sale.
The Facilities Maintenance Bonds will be used to finance indoor air quality projects, including HVAC upgrades and fire suppression at Hoover, Kennedy, Eagle Lake, and Bridges.

Recommended Action:
The Administration recommends that the School Board approve the attached resolution relating to $35,455,000 General Obligation Facilities Maintenance Bonds, Series 2025A, ratifying the award of sale.
