The attached resolution prepared by our financial advisor, Northland Securities, calls for the refunding of $9,700,000 of General Obligation School Building Bonds. The projected savings are $1,148,351.02.
Recommended Action:
The administration recommends that the School Board take action to approve the attached resolution.
