Acceptance of Bids for Eagle Lake Day Care and IAQ Project
Background:
On December 17th, forty-eight (48) bids were received for the Mankato Area Public Schools Eagle Lake Day Care and IAQ Project.
Recommended Action:
The administrative team and Kraus Anderson, our Construction Manager, recommend that the bids as submitted by multiple contractors in the amount of $4,095,070.00 be accepted by the School Board. IAQ LTFM and Bond revenue will be used to fund this project, and this project will be part of the FY26/FY27 budget. A summary of the bids received is attached.
