Act on 2016-17 Reroofing Bids
Background:
On February 24, 2016 two bids were received for reroofing at Roosevelt Elementary School.
Recommended Action:
The administrative team and The Garland Company, Inc., our professional engineering firm, recommend that the bid as submitted by Schwickerts of Mankato, MN in the amount of $366,610 be accepted by the School Board. The project budget is $250,000. The scope of the project changed and included additional improvements. The amount over budget will be funded by other Deferred Maintenance and Long Term Facilities Maintenance projects that were under budget.
