Approval of 2026 Health Clinic Space Renovations
Background:
On March 24th at 2:00pm, five (5) General Contractor bids were received for the Mankato
Area Public Schools 2026 Health Clinic Space Renovations.
Recommended Action:
Of the bids received, Knutson Construction proposed the lowest base bid of $275,000. ISG
completed a bid verification process with Mr. Collin Bennett on March 24th. Based on that
verification process, we believe Knutson Construction fully understands the project scope
and schedule as provided in the bid plans and specifications and that their bid is a
responsible bid.
