Background:
Director of Student Support Services Samantha Steinman will present on the Coordinate Early Intervening Services.
Mankato Area Public Schools’ involvement with CEIS is based on prior identification of disproportionality in suspension rates. MAPS discipline data shows continued progress in reducing disproportionality.
CEIS supports Student Success Coaches and district-wide efforts focused on positive behavior supports and reducing exclusionary discipline.
