Background:
APPOINTMENTS (NON-AFFILIATED)
Laura Cole - Engagement Assistant Specialist at Lincoln Community Center beginning July 27, 2026. This is a full-time, 12-month, non-affiliated position with an annual salary of $51,164.00 prorated to $47,635.29 for 243 days for 2026-27 . She will be eligible for Category II benefits.
Christina Makela - Career Pathways Coordinator for the District beginning July 14, 2026. This is a full-time, 12-month, non-affiliated position with an annual salary of $102,722 prorated to $99,179.64 for 252 days for 2026-27. She will be eligible for category III benefits.
APPOINTMENTS (INSTRUCTIONAL)
Kristan Pfarr - Part-time Long-term Substitute (.315 FTE) Non-Public School Counselor at Loyola for 45 days beginning August 24, 2026 through December 17, 2026. She will be placed at step 10 of the M+30 lane on the Teachers Association salary schedule.
APPOINTMENTS (NON-INSTRUCTIONAL)
Dakota Kamm - Special Education Paraeducator at INSITE for 3.75 hours per day/2 days per week (M/W), 5.667 hours per day/2 days per week (T/TH) and 6.5 hours per day/1 day per week (F) beginning September 9, 2026. She will be placed at classification B22.5, step 3 in accordance with the agreement between the DIstrict and the Minnesota School Employee Association.
Anastasia Viland - Media Assistant at Jefferson Elementary School for 5.25 hours per day/5 days per week, with a work year of 180 days beginning August 31, 2026. She will be placed at step 1 of the A13 classification on the Educational Secretaries Association salary schedule.
CONTRACT ADJUSTMENTS (INSTRUCTIONAL)
Toni Hames - Increase in assignment as Part-time AVID teacher at East High School from .50 FTEs to .667 FTEs for the 2026-27 school year. This is in addition to her Part-time (.50 FTE) Secondary Mentor Coach (TOSA) assignment at East High School.
CONTRACT ADJUSTMENTS (NON-INSTRUCTIONAL)
Cassandra De La Cruz - Increase hourly rate to $21.57 as Certified Instructor at Lincoln Logs Learning Center beginning July 1, 2026.
Bisharo Farah - Increase hourly rate to $18.78 as Certified Assistant Instructor at Lincoln Logs Learning Center beginning July 1, 2026.
Bisharo Farah - Decrease in assignment as Certified Assistant Instructor at Lincoln Logs Learning Center from 5.5 hours per day/4 days per week (M-TH) to 5.25 hours per day/4 days per week (M-TH) beginning July 1, 2026.
Mandy Kurth - Increase hourly rate to $24.38 as Lead Certified Instructor at Lincoln Logs Learning Center beginning July 1, 2026.
Katia Monteiro - Increase hourly rate to $15.45 as Child Care Aide at Lincoln Logs Learning Center beginning July 1, 2026.
Iveth Quiroz Rios - Increase hourly rate to $18.03 as Certified Assistant Instructor at Lincoln Logs Learning Center.
