Acceptance of Gifts and Grants
Background:
The East High Vex Robotics Team received a donation of $1,000 from All American Foods.
The West High Vex Robotics Team received the following donations:
$500 from Electrical Production Services Inc.
$1,000 from Superior Concrete Block Company
Ronald Scribner donated $6,500 to the West High Orchestra.
The Mankato Clinic Foundation provided a $265 grant to the Mankato Area Adaptive Ski Program to purchase guide bibs.
Maureen Sop donated $50 to Washington Elementary to be used for kindergarten classroom supplies.
East High Dance Company received the following donations:
$100 from Tweetens One Stop Inc.
$100 from Cross Country Underground Inc.
Lois Windschitl donated $50 to the East High Boys Swim Team.
Navitor donated paper products valued at $350 to the school district.
The Prairie Lakes Regional Arts Council provided an Art in Education Grant of $463 to West High.
The Edward H. Schultz Scholarship Fund donated $1,500 to East High School and $1,500 to West High School for student scholarships.
