ADDENDUM - Act on East High School Renovation Bids
Background:
On March 31, 2016, six bids were received for the East High School Renovation.
Recommended Action:
The administrative team and ISG, our professional engineering firm, recommend that the bid as submitted by Knutson Construction Services Inc. of Rochester in the amount of $10,864,000 for the base bid and Alternate A-3 be accepted by the School Board. The project budget is $12,000,000. A summary of the bids received is attached.
