Act on Garfield Renovation Bids
Background:
On March 19, 2015, six bids were received for the Garfield Renovation project. The project budget is $1,665,000. A summary of the bids received is attached.
Recommended Action:
The administrative team and ISG, our professional engineering firm, recommend that the project bid of $1,320,000 as submitted by Brennan Construction of Mankato be accepted by the School Board.
