Act on Prairie Winds Middle School Construction Bids
Background:
?On March 31, 2015, four bids were received for the Prairie Winds Middle School construction project. The project budget is $36,000,000. A summary of the bids received is attached.
Recommended Action:
The administrative team and ISG, our professional engineering firm, recommend that the project bid of $33,980,000 (including bid alternates A-1 and A-2) as submitted by Knutson Construction Services Inc. of Minneapolis be accepted by the School Board.
