2015-16 School Board Evaluation
Background:
A study session was held on June 6, 2016, to review the Board Self-Evaluation. The Minnesota School Boards Association provided the evaluation tool, and is the professional organization the Board belongs to for the purpose of leadership training.
During the study session, the Board discussed individual roles, open communication, respectful conversations, and professional development. There was an agreement to continue to develop our skills as a whole Board as we do the governance work of the Board.
The Board will continue to lead and be visionary for all students, staff and community.
